This is an on line course. How would you like:

Classroom displays training without having to leave the comfort of your own home.
An INSET where you control how long you spend on each aspect, taking only the bits you actually need?
Display training materials that actually show you detailed examples of things you can try in your classroom straight away

The course is

6 weekly lessons
Associated videos and/or slide shows
Weekly tasks related to the topic
A certificate of completion once you have done all the tasks.

This course has run successfully several times over the last year. However, with the changes in UK school priorities and lack of funding for TA training I have now decided to change the course, make it more relevant to participants needs.

The courses will run for 6 weeks. If you miss a lesson you can always email me to catch up. The lessons are weekly but you can take as long as you need to complete the tasks.

Classroom Displays Courses

In the past I have run courses on aspects of displays for individual schools or LEAs. Like most INSETs these courses take a lot of time and planning. Sometimes I have had to turn people down because of the logistics of travel or my other commitments. Although I enjoy getting into schools and mixing with passionate and enthusiastic teachers and teaching assistants it can be quite difficult to fit everything in and I worry that people are always rushing to the next thing or concerned about more immediate classroom business.

All of this started to seem quite ironic given my history and passion for online learning and last year I started think there might be a need for something simpler.
